Matching, mailing and filing of invoices
Maintain proper filing and documentation records
Payment reminder and follow-up with customers on overdue payments
Assist in data entry of delivery orders and invoices
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to perform simple data entry and administrative tasks
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
