Training Operations Assistant (Weekend Part-Time)

REPs Academy is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Training Operations Assistant to support weekend training programmes.

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of training facilities, coordinate refreshments and meals, support classroom setup, and ensure smooth operations during course runs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training rooms and facilities
• Coordinate tea breaks and lunch arrangements
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and pantry
• Support trainers and learners during training sessions
• Ensure equipment and facilities are operational

Requirements

• Responsible and punctual
• Comfortable working weekends
• Positive attitude and service-oriented
• Able to work independently

Preferred

• Experience in operations, hospitality, events, or training support
