Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Corporate Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, both written and spoken, will be an added advantage.
  • Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and support different departments when required.
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks, document handling, client follow-ups, and internal coordination.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in liaising with clients professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, corporate secretarial, or administrative procedures will be an added advantage.
  • No prior working experience is required; training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily business operations and provide support to various departments, including admin, accounting, corporate secretarial, credit control, and internal operations.
  • Assist in organising, filing, scanning, and maintaining company and client documents.
  • Support the admin team in handling general office tasks, document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Assist the corporate secretarial team with basic document preparation, client file updates, statutory records, and other administrative support tasks.
  • Assist the accounting team with basic data entry, document checking, invoice sorting, and maintaining supporting records.
  • Support credit control activities, including following up with clients on outstanding payments, sending reminders, and updating payment status to supervisors.
  • Assist in preparing and updating internal trackers, reports, checklists, and workflow records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team members when required.
  • Assist in coordinating documents and information between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support internal operations, including process improvement, task tracking, client onboarding support, and administrative coordination.
  • Help monitor deadlines, pending documents, and follow-up items under the guidance of supervisors.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as required by supervisors or management.
