About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and people-oriented individual to join us as a Community & Events Associate.

In this role, you’ll help create meaningful experiences through events, workshops, and community engagement activities within a professional financial services environment. From welcoming guests to coordinating event experiences, you’ll play a key role in bringing people together and ensuring every interaction feels comfortable and engaging.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a positive energy, and wants exposure to events, client engagement, and community-building in a professional setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting events, workshops, and networking sessions
  • Welcome guests and ensure attendees feel comfortable and engaged
  • Support event setup, registration, guest coordination, and event flow
  • Help manage community engagement initiatives and communications
  • Work closely with the team to create enjoyable and meaningful event experiences
  • Provide administrative and operational support for events and community activities
