Service Crew – Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Take customer orders accurately
• Prepare food and beverages according to company SOP
• Handle payment transactions (cash / cashless)
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and work area
• Assist in stock preparation and replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Pay: RM8.72 - RM9.25 per hour
