Responsibilities
You will assist multiple departments including Procurement, Marketing, and Product Development with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with meeting notes and documentation
Data entry and updating records
Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
Supporting product development coordination
Assisting marketing team with simple operational tasks
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
General ad hoc administrative support
Requirements
Diploma or Degree student in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
Organized and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software
Willing to learn and support different departments
Positive attitude and able to multitask
