We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Intern to join our Project Management Office. In this role, you will assist in managing project documentation, tracking progress, preparing reports, and supporting various PMO initiatives. We want to meet you if you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in project management and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Support the PMO team in tracking and updating project progress across multiple departments.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and dashboards in Asana, Excel, and other PMO tools.
  • Assist in preparing project status updates, meeting notes, and management presentations.
  • Follow up with project owners to ensure timely updates and deliverables.
  • Help analyze project data for performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members into PMO systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of PMO templates, workflows, and reporting formats.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required to support the smooth running of the PMO.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data and generate reports.
  • Well organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think proactively.
  • Willing to learn and develop project management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to commit for at least three (3) to six (6) months
  • Must be doing internship as a part of university requirement.
  • Having skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is a must.

  • CGPA: 3.0 and above

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
