Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
· Provide first-level support and escalate more complex issues to senior technical staff.
· Help in testing and validating software and hardware products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
· Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
· Participate in system configurations, updates, and installations, under supervision.
· Conduct routine checks to ensure system integrity and identify potential issues.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and workflows.
· Assist in handling service requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Participate in team meetings and provide input on service improvement initiatives.
· Learn and develop knowledge in the company’s technologies, tools, and processes.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: From RM500.00 per month
