For this position, you will be doing these tasks:

• Assist in handling product, order, and customer inquiries across e-commerce platforms and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) under guidance.
• Support the team in managing customer leads and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
• Help with sales-related tasks, including supporting lead tracking, sales funnel activities, and post-sale follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing weekly reports on leads, customer service cases, and campaign performance.
• Support data collection and basic analysis on sales, traffic, product performance, and campaigns.
• Help with e-commerce operations, including uploading products, updating content, promotions, and assisting with campaigns.
• Provide support during live streams and online campaigns, including comment moderation and customer engagement.
• Assist in researching new lead generation strategies and tools to support marketing initiatives.
• Support physical brand activations and on-ground events, helping with setup, operations, and teardown.
• Represent the brand professionally during interactions with customers and event participants.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support learning and team operations.

Requirements:
