Responsibilities
1. Assist in payroll preparation by collecting employee attendance, leave record, and prepare contract or any related correspondence
2. Assist in staff disciplinary issue
3. Assist in updated Record for Health Metrix , SOCSO, EPF, LHDN
4. To assist in compile and record for Staff Expenses and Medical Claim
5. Assisting in distribution, compile and record staff performance appraisal
6. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements update company website, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
7. preparing orientation materials and conducting initial orientation sessions for new staff
8. Handling reception role including receives, sorts, and distributes a variety of letter, mail and courier service arrangement and dispatch schedule
9. To ensure upkeep and maintenance of office facilities are in good condition.
10. To ensure data employee and worker record is updated
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
