• Exposure to WordPress development (themes/plugins/customisation) is an advantage. 
• Basic understanding of web hosting environments and server management is a plus. 
• Willingness to learn full-stack development practices, including testing and deployment workflows. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
