Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
- Basic ability to edit photos and videos using mobile applications (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Creative mindset with interest in social media and digital marketing
- Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects
- Create and suggest engaging content ideas for social media platforms
- Support daily marketing operations across departments
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain marketing records
- Assist in the development of marketing materials (digital and print collaterals)
- Coordinate project launches, roadshows, sales gallery setups, and promotional events
- Support performance tracking and campaign reporting
- Assist in social media marketing execution and basic content scheduling
