Job Description

1. Social Media Content & Caption Writing

Create engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned captions for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.

Propose creative post ideas and content directions for the design team to execute visually.

Conduct research on trends, topics, and industry updates to inspire fresh and relevant content.

2. Website Content Development

Assist in drafting and updating website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, and corporate pages.

Revise and enhance website copy based on feedback from top management.

Ensure all website content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.

Work closely with the design and development team to ensure content is properly structured and presented.

3. Content Planning

Assist in developing weekly and monthly content calendars for both social media and website updates.

Collaborate with the design team by providing clear content briefs and concept outlines for visuals.

Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

4. Campaign Support

Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and announcements.

Draft copy for promotional posts, website banners, email marketing, and basic marketing materials.

Support campaign execution by coordinating timelines and deliverables.

5. Social Media Monitoring

Track post performance (engagement, reach, impressions).

Identify trends and recommend improvements for future content.

Monitor competitor activities and trending topics for insights.

6. Research & Insights

Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor marketing strategies.

Provide suggestions for new content angles, improvements, and content opportunities across both social media and website platforms.
