Summary:
Calling all storytellers with a passion for social media. We are looking for you to join us as a Corporate Communications Intern. You will be immersed in the full spectrum of strategic communications—from strategy and creation to analysis and engagement—giving you real-world experience and a tangible impact on our brand's voice.
What Will You Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Create or assist in creating various forms of content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and in line with corporate branding.
- Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar and assist in managing real-time engagement with the community on social media and other enquiry channels.
- Analyse sentiments and impact in social media and traditional media through set metrics and regular reporting.
- Be involved in creative brainstorming, development of ideas and organizing for our Property Trust magazine, internal newsletter, marketing material, other editorial work, corporate collaterals and various sustainability, corporate and project-related events
- Handle administrative filings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and effective communication.
- Write content for Eupe’s external and internal publications with clear, concise writing alongside the team.
- Provide support for any ad hoc assignments.
Who We Are Looking For (Role Requirements)
- Bachelor's Degree Student in the following field: Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
- The internship position is available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Knowledge of social media landscape and ability to initiate content ideas in line with Eupe’s social media direction, as well as scheduling social media content and monitoring engagement.
- Good writing, comprehension and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin (if possible) as translations of write up may be required.
- Prior experience/knowledge using various design, image editing or video editing tools such as Canva (an eye for design and the ability to produce and edit videos would be an added advantage).
- Resourcefulness, creativity, a positive outlook, willingness to learn, good time management, commitment to teamwork, strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Personal initiative/ability to work and ability to complete individual task/projects with minimal supervision.
- Candidate will be based in Kota Damansara, Selangor and may require occasional travel within Klang Valley area for various events and assignments.
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
