Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or related fields. 
  • Strong command of written and spoken English (additional Mandarin language is an advantage).
  • Good writing, video editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in content creation and storytelling.
  • Sound understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing trends.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office and any other relevant videography editing tools are a plus.

What you will learn

Marketing

  •  Assisting the marketing team in various digital marketing initiatives
  •  Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
  •  Assisting with content creation for social media platforms
  •  Assisting with website updates and maintenance
  •  Conduct market research and analyse competitor websites
  •  Track and report on campaign performance
  •  Assist in designing marketing materials for physical events.
  •  Other ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned

Digital Marketing

  •  Assist in developing and executing business and marketing strategies and initiatives.
  •  Conduct research, execution, progress monitoring, review, reporting, and more.
  •  Assist in social medial campaigns, produce website and social media content.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company in the course of your duties
  •  Attend to other duties as needed.
  •  Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
  •  Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by your supervisor or managers
