Requirements

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, or a related field

Basic Skills

• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Dianping)
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts (branding, campaigns, audience targeting)
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools are an advantage
• Good writing skills for captions, emails, and content creation

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well in a team and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create and manage content for social media platforms (photos, videos, captions)
• Support the management of social media calendars and Meta Business Suite
• Coordinate with outlet teams for content creation and shoots
• Assist in organising events, collaborations, and promotional activities
• Support preparation of marketing materials (e.g. table cards, menus)
• Monitor basic campaign performance and engagement
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar
• Assist with data collection, organisation, and basic analysis
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
