Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor in Mass Communication, Business, Sales or any related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent writing and communicating in English & Mandarin
- Self-driven to achieve target
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and arrange delivery services to customers.
- Proactively identify and recommend product solutions to customers to increase sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Continuously learn about new products and services to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends.
- Handle the communication with customer through EDM content for product education and promotion
- Manage brand membership program and communication
- Manage and operate he Lazada and Shopee Platform
