To supervise the work of general clerk of Operations Department
To ensure that all winnings and cancelled tickets are submitted promptly by the agents and all such tickets are correctly verified and properly file in accordance to the Company’s established procedures.
To control the requisition and issue of thermal receipts, marksense slips and other printed material to agents, so that our optimum stock is maintain at the office with proper documentation in accordance with the Company’s Policy.
To maintain an up to date register of all agencies’ employee is maintained and to monitor compliance by agencies on submission of such records.
Handling of weekly agency IT submission and cash counting supervision at banks or IT collection center.
To compile statistic of common problems on Hotlines matters by maintaining proper documentation of such matter.
To assist in determining and reviewing of loss incurred (robbery / burglary) at agencies concerned and submit report timely.
To monitor C.I.T. services provided by the Security Companies.
