Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs are on-brand and meet marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into projects
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality work
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Prepare final designs for print or digital publication
