Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience in the industry.
- Excellent command in English and Mandarin.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
- Has a results-driven approach to work, proactive.
Responsibilities
- To lead the management team and ensure Company’s objectives are met.
- Prepare and execute effective action plans for recruitment of agents.
- Communicate with developers to tie up new upcoming projects for the Company.
- Research and capitalize on opportunities to develop and improve Company’s branding.
- Act as the liaison between the Company’s management and the developers.
- Support the Company with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
