Requirements
- Oversee and direct a compliant and accurate & quality auditing process
- Supervise and coach junior auditors
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of audit work
- Prior relevant experience as audit senior
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting & audit software
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Plan audit work
- Promote audit quality for compliance with ISQM 1 & 2
- Review team members’ audit work
- Complete audit timely and meeting deadline
- Present audit findings and management letter points
- Monitoring collections and file archiving
