Requirements
- Minimum possess Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any other equivalent.
- Preferable candidate with Professional Qualification (LCCI or equivalent).
- Have at least 1-year relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily direct voucher.
- Download daily and monthly bank statement.
- Prepare monthly payment plan for due invoices and perform online transfer.
- Prepare payment voucher for monthly bank charges and term loan.
- Prepare monthly creditor's reconciliation and rectify the dicrepancies.
- Liaise with respective PIC on unreconciled issues.
- Work closely with operations & other departments for anything related to AP.
- Prepare monthly forecast payment.
- Ensure proper filing of all invoices, supporting documents and payment vouchers.
