Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for automotive industry is necessary
- Knowledge of the Motorcycle trends/industry
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
- Preferred someone who is able to give them directions and methods on how to let their company improve and go further in the Automotive -Motorcycle industry
- Knowledge of the Motorcycle trends/industry
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
