Requirements
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
- Experience in aesthetic/beauty industry with selling skills would be an advantage.
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
- Training will be provided.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets.
- Able to multitask, independent, good team player and hard working.
- Well groomed with a pleasant position.
- Working location: Branch at Penang, KL Bangsar and Selangor Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Delivering and maintaining excellent service quality to customers
- Handle customers' requests and enquiries when necessary
- To maintain contact and build good, lasting relationship with customers
- Provide high-quality customer service to build customer loyalty
- Diligently follow up with and recommending suitable aesthetic treatments, services and products to existing and prospective customers
- Advising on aesthetic concerns related to skin, hair, body and face through the usage of the latest aesthetic technologies and products
- Follow up customer treatment and condition after service
- Handle customer's feedback, follow up with action taken
