Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable mechanical and Electrical background).
- Have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged.
- Willing to travel.
- Candidates with strong knowledge in cocoa/food product operation and food safety quality system will be added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Improve production process by utilizing engineering knowledge and conduct process research.
- Addresses key operational performance metrics in reliability improvement plans.
- Works with plant management to set actionable plans in place.
- Testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.
- Ensure minimum process deviation at production.
- Perform any other related assignment as and when required.
