Responsibilities
Our company is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and energetic individual with a genuine passion for customer service and the coffee industry. The successful candidate will support the team in handling customer calls, answering questions and resolving issues. We are looking for an eager professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where that person can make a difference by providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries and questions around products
- Resolve order queries related to refunds
- Ensure that deliveries are tracked and customer journey is seamless
- Provide assistance in resolving customer complaints
- Promote the products available online and in store
- Ensure every customer has a pleasant experience overall
This is a homebased role in which you can choose your own hours between 7 am and 10 pm.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: From £9.00 per hour
