The applicant for this role will be responsible in managing data, customer service and administrative support of back-end HR process.
- Responsible in managing data within SAP and SuccessFactor for HR globally
- Providing second line support within the HR Service Center
- Administering data specific to the Personnel Administration Process and providing necessary adjustment with the Organizational Management components of this process
- Analysing the Personnel Administration data management requests from the HR teams and coordinates on the validation of the data.
- Guiding and assisting HR Stakeholders on queries regarding the Personnel Administration processes, HR forms, data fields in SAP and other HR related systems that revolves around the employee data from SAP HR

- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with SAP HR system or SuccessFactor to perform research and resolve basic and complex issues dealing with data
- Experience in working in IT, Human Resources, Payroll and/or HR related service functions
- Extensive knowledge in HR and Payroll policies and procedures.
