Requirements

Who are we looking for?


  • High performing customer service individuals with strong communication skills of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese).
  • Experience in fashion apparel industry is preferred
  • A customer centric individual who is always willing to go extra miles to get the job done.
  • Fast learner who is able to adapt and grow in a dynamic work environment.
  • Someone who is digitally inclined, tools & technology savvy.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative spirit to achieve success at work.
  • Available for shift work
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline with work experience or at least 2 years in contact centre experience.

Responsibilities

What is your mission?


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be working with a luxury fashion company, a big international account being launched in Malaysia, well-known company from US and expanding to serve a growing ANZ, Taiwan and S.E.A markets. Most of the time you’ll communicate with users via multiple channels including phone, chat, and email.


You are also required to perform these job functions:


  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned product.
  • Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the luxury fashion account.
  • Ensure KPIs targets (e.g., customer satisfaction index, first call resolution, productivity) are met consistently to achieve the overall contact centre objectives.
  • Obtain customer’s details and ensure all information are accurately and promptly keyed into our customer database for all transactions.
  • Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
  • Undertake any other tasks delegated by the Team Leader.
