Requirements
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is a preferred.
- Must be able to work between 10am to 2am (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break)
- Must be able to work on 5 working rotational days including weekend & Public holiday
- Open to SPM, diploma and degree holder with a customer mindset.
- Good communication, analytical & problem solving skill
- Must have no issue to work at Bangsar South, KL.
- Possess own transportation
- Able to join on 11 July or 1 or 8 August 2022
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
- Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
- Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
