Requirements

Customer Service (Remote) (Fresh Grad Are Welcome)


  • Fresh Graduate (Diploma & Degree) are welcome to apply
  • With 1 to 3 years' of relevant work experience in e-commerce added advantage
  • Willing to work in rotational shift
  • Morning Shift - 9am - 6pm
  • Night Shift - 3pm - 12am
  • Good communication in English
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in Mandarin
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Responsibilities

  • Highly obsessed in delivering the best service to customers
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
