Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least higher secondary/STPM/”A”Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Preferably to have at least 1 year working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
  • Able to work independently and a good problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Accuracy and attention to details, creative and able to think out of the box
  • Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
  • Able to work on rotational offday. 
  • Required Languages: Mandarin, English
  • Have no issue to based at Jelutong, Penang.

Responsibilities

  • To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including e-mail and telephone inquiries.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Compile monthly claims from various managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries.
  • Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Making travel and guest arrangements
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing and etc
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.

Benefits

  • Salary Package: Up to RM 2500 Basic (Open for discussion)+ Medical Allowance, Overtime Allowance + Travel Allowance + Annual Bonus
  • Working Hour: Monday to Sunday (Rotational shift between 9am to 11pm) - 2 offday on weekday
  • Location: Jelutong, Penang
  • Reporting to: Manager
