Requirement

• Familiarity with common computer hardware, software, and operating systems
• Eagerness to learn and a passion for the field of Information & Communication Technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Supporting the software enhancement and digital workflow.
• Configuring the software for deployment and setup of administration task.
• Resolving any software problems/issues.
• Familiarity with computer software systems such as Adobe, Microsoft, and more.
• Offering aid to the IT department, including technical ticketing portal support, and more.
