Execute repairs and replacements of faulty parts, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.

Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment components.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repair and maintenance procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.

Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and learn new repair techniques.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Assist in the refurbishment process of MHE, including cleaning, painting, and functional testing.

Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy in repairs and diagnostics.

Assist senior technicians in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other industrial machinery.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and general cleaning of equipment according to established procedures.

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble mechanical components, ensuring all parts are correctly fitted and functional.
