Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Insurance Operations / Claims / Customer Service
Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or Employee Benefits is an advantage
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese) – must be able to speak Cantonese
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Responsibilities
Process and assess insurance claims accurately within TAT
Verify claim documents and determine eligibility and settlement
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
