Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:15 PM).
Responsibilities
To assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring activities and metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain a talent.
