Outbound Call Representative (Telesales)

Location: Pandan Jaya, Cheras
Intake:3 August 2026

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 (based on experience)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Alternate Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only

• Minimum SPM (preferred)

• Candidates who did not pass SPM are welcome to apply if they have relevant sales or customer service experience

• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a sales environment

Job Scope

• Make outbound calls using company-provided leads

• Introduce products, services, and promotions

• Verify customer eligibility for ongoing campaigns

• Achieve sales targets and earn commissions

• No cold calling – company-provided leads only
