Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, filming and producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and other social platforms.

• Appear in videos or support as content talent when required.

• Use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, hooks and video variations.

• Participate in TikTok Live sessions for approximately 2 hours per working day as host, co-host or live support.

• Support daily content posting, content tracking and weekly performance review.

• Assist with product samples, competitor monitoring, campaign support and basic e-commerce sales and marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media or related fields.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in front of live viewers.

• Familiar with TikTok, social media trends and short-form video formats.

• Basic video editing skill is an advantage, especially CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

• Interested in learning AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI and other approved platforms.

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, disciplined, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
