Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing lists.
Inspect products for quality before packing.
Ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during delivery.
Print and attach shipping labels and required documentation.
Prepare parcels for courier collection and shipment.
Replenish packing materials and maintain sufficient stock.
Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming inventory.
Organize and maintain warehouse or storage areas.
Perform stock counting and inventory checks when required.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
Keep the packing and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Support other operational and warehouse duties as assigned
Responsibilities
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous packing or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to lift and move cartons when required.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
