Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
Proactive attitude, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Must possess an official internship application or support letter from your university/college.
Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews with the hiring manager.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Help facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and assist with offboarding documentation.
Data & Records Management: Update and maintain the employee database and HR filing systems, ensuring everything is organized, up-to-date, and kept strictly confidential.
HR Administration: Provide support for day-to-day HR operations, including the preparation of official correspondence (e.g., offer letters, memos).
Employee Engagement: Assist the management team in planning and coordinating staff programs or activities.
Perform any other HR projects or ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
