Requirement:
-Degree in Architecture or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design.
-Experience in industrial projects.
-Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept development.
-Proficient in SketchUp / Revit / Rhino / Adobe Suite.
-Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills.
-Good understanding of local regulations (e.g. UBBL).
-Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Responsibility:
- Provide regular updates on design progress and overall direction and report Directly to Director.
- Lead overall design vision, including concept design and spatial planning.
- Review and approve drawings, models, and presentations.
- Lead coordination with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Plan, manage, and monitor design timelines and deliverables.
- Support preparation of submission drawings for approvals.
- Provide design guidance during the construction phase.
