Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates’ resume, filtering with interview, and propose to clients
Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until candidate join date)
Maintain relationship with candidates after placement
Co-work with other team members to achieve target
Developing talent pipelines and networking
Learn to do business development by identifying business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting, and sales pitching
Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process
Understand client requirements, provide consultation and solutions based on client needs
