Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Able to communicate fluently inMandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written).
Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Internship duration of at least3–6 months is preferred.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce the company's products and services.
Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain regular communication with customers.
Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM or database.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist in achieving telemarketing and lead generation targets.
Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks as assigned.
