Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Zero years of relevant experience required; internship experience is a plus.
Familiarity with cost estimation principles and contract administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in cost estimation and budget preparation for construction projects.
Support the quantity surveying team in measuring and valuing work done.
Help in preparing tender and contract documents.
Maintain records of project costs and payments.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues.
Collaborate with project managers and site teams on cost-related matters.
