Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, E-commerce, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Internship duration of at least 3 months.

Assist in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.

Create and schedule engaging content for social media and online marketing campaigns.

Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and product information.

Support online campaigns, sales promotions, and marketplace activities.

Assist with order fulfilment, including picking, packing, labelling, and preparing parcels for shipment.

Help with inventory management and stock organisation.

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Perform other e-commerce and marketing-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
