Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift.
Able to work in KL Sentral.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.
Identify and escalate priority issues or complex problems to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and stay updated on company offerings.
