Full-time position based in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Provide direct patient care, including assisting with mobility and comfort measures, under the supervision of practitioners.

Monitor patients' vital signs (blood pressure, pulse) and report any significant changes or concerns to the practitioner promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, including cleaning treatment bed and ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families, providing emotional support and answering basic questions within the scope of practice.

Assist practitioner with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.

Prepare patients for examinations or treatments, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.

Observe and report any changes in patient behavior, physical condition, or emotional state to practitioners on duty.

Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Support the overall functioning of the center by performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling inquiries.

Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all patient interactions, fostering a supportive and healing atmosphere.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Assist in patient education regarding their treatment plans and general health maintenance.

Prepare and dispense herbal granules (herbal medication in powder form). Comprehensive training provided.
