Job Description

Requirements

  • Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates

  • Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English

  • No working experience needed as training will be provided

  • Able to work on retail hours, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and help them find products.

  • Sales & Checkout: Operate the cash register, process payments (cash, cards, mobile), and bag items efficiently.

  • Stock Management: Unpack new inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are neatly displayed and correctly priced.

  • Store Upkeep: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas clean, organized, and tidy.

  • Loss Prevention: Stay alert and follow store guidelines to help prevent theft or damage to merchandise.
