Responsibilities
Delivering a warm, professional, and brand-aligned customer experience on the shop floor
• Assisting customers with product selection, styling advice, and gifting recommendations
• Achieving individual and store sales targets as directed by the Store Supervisor/Manager
• Practising upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value
• Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
• Supporting POS transactions, cash handling, and end-of-day balancing procedures
• Participating in stock counts, inventory checks, and product replenishment
• Upholding MNML's brand values, uniform standards, and code of conduct at all times
