Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Clerk of Works or similar site supervision role, focusing on M&E systems.

Strong understanding of M&E systems, building codes, and construction practices.

Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.

Monitor and inspect mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations on construction sites to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on the progress and quality of M&E works.

Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in M&E installations.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve M&E related issues.

Review M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

Witness M&E testing and commissioning activities and verify results.

Maintain accurate records of site inspections, meetings, and correspondence related to M&E works.
