Requirements
Build and close private‑sector partnerships (corporates, hotels, property managers, campuses, F&B chains, malls, event organisers, benefits providers) to drive merchant distribution and commercial uptake.
Design and run partner‑led merchant onboarding and activation programs (bulk/co‑branded campaigns, field onboarding, training) to secure smooth first orders and sustained retention.
Responsibilities
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years’ experience in administration, merchant acquisition, business development, account management, or partnerships (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or e‑commerce). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the F&B industry, restaurant operations, and familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, SQL
Analytical mindset, self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
